- Headed the Branding and Website Development Team
- Updated and refined the City Emergency Plans
- Grew the Neighborhood Emergency council
- Worked on new ways to communicate with Bluffdale residents
- Helped develop a new system for business licensing
- Spearheaded a “Shop Local” campaign
- Headed the team for an Economic Promotion video of Bluffdale
- Created and promoted community surveys to involve the residents in decision making
- Organized the Bluffdale ShakeOut in conjunction with the Utah ShakeOut
- Established relationships with other Utah cities, organizations, and agencies
