Priorities

Let’s work together to:

Build Relationships
  • Represent: Work closely with our Utah House and Senate representatives, Utah League of Cities and Towns and various other boards and councils.
  • Collaborate: Work with surrounding mayors in planning for growth of the south end of the Salt Lake Valley/Silicon Slopes.
  • Civic Responsibilities: Support our police and fire departments, work with city staff with developing the city budget, road and water projects, public safety and other city services. Visit https://nataliehall4mayor.com/blog/ for more information on public safety
Grow Our Economy
  • Businesses: Utilize my business and marketing experience to incentivize new businesses to come to Bluffdale; continue to work with staff and City Council-ensuring proper commercial zoning; and support Bluffdale’s current business community.
  • Taxes: Be a good steward of taxpayer dollars while looking for ways to keep property taxes low and carefully allocating city resources.
  • Technology: Seek improved technology options for business, education and personal use.
Plan Responsible City Growth
  • Property Rights: Advocate for each resident’s personal property rights
  • Transportation and Infrastructure: Plan for future needs by working with UDOT and the Utah Legislature; prioritize areas such as the train bridge (14600 South/Bluffdale Boulevard) for improvements; protect our current neighborhood roads from increased traffic.
  • Water Conservation: Plan for Bluffdale’s future through sensible water conservation; promote water-wise landscaping on government property and plan for storage of water and other solutions for our city.
  • Emergency Planning: Support Bluffdale’s Neighborhood Emergency Plan and training through CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) in order to be prepared to help each other in times of emergencies and disaster.
